Introduction
Mobile Pro Auto Glass, Inc. (“we,” “us,” “our” or the “Company”) is committed to protecting and respecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy (this “Policy”) describes how we collect, use, and disclose the personal information of users of our services, including our website and any subdomains, forms, and online scheduling tools (collectively, our “Site”), as well as customers and prospective customers of our mobile and in-shop auto glass services (our “Services”). Please read this Policy carefully.
By using our Site or Services, you agree to the terms of this Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or Services. Reviewing this Policy for the limited purpose of reading it does not constitute agreement unless you make further use of our Site. This Policy may be updated from time to time as described below.
This Policy describes: the personal information we collect; how we collect it; how we use it; how we share it; your choices and rights; and how you can contact us.

- Automatically collected data: domain name, Internet Protocol (IP) address, device type and model, browser type, mobile carrier or Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, pages viewed, access times, and other usage data collected through cookies, tracking pixels, and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
How We Collect Information
We and our third-party service providers may collect personal information as follows:
- Directly from you when you fill in forms, request a quote, schedule service, subscribe to communications, complete a survey, or upload content (including photos of your vehicle) to our Site.
- When you contact us by phone, email, text message, or messaging application, including on social media.

We and our third-party service providers may use the information collected to:
- Provide, schedule, perform, and manage our auto glass Services, including mobile service at your chosen location.
- Prepare quotes and estimates, source correct glass and parts, and process and manage purchases, payments, and insurance claims.

- Notify you about changes to our Services or policies.
- Detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and violations of our terms, and comply with legal obligations.
We and our third-party service providers may use information collected from cookies, tracking pixels, and similar technologies to target advertising to you personally, through online and offline methods including email, display media, video media, and direct mail. For information about how to opt out, see “Your Choices and Rights” and our Cookie Policy.
Vehicle Content and Images
Because we repair and replace automotive glass, we routinely collect information and images relating to your vehicle. You agree that we may photograph or video your vehicle, its glass, damage, VIN, and the completed work for purposes including documenting the condition of the vehicle, verifying parts, quality assurance, warranty claims, insurance documentation, and dispute resolution.
We may also use images of completed work and vehicles for marketing, advertising, training, and promotional purposes (for example, on our Site, social media, or advertisements). Where such content could reasonably identify you (for example, a visible license plate or unique identifiers), we will either de-identify the content (such as by obscuring the plate) or obtain your permission before using it for marketing. If you do not want your vehicle images used for marketing, you may contact us at any time to opt out.
Communications: SMS, Email, and Phone
We communicate with customers and prospective customers by text message (SMS), email, and phone. We use these channels for transactional messages (such as quotes, appointment confirmations and reminders, technician updates, and follow-ups) and, where you have consented or as otherwise permitted by law, for marketing and promotional messages.
- SMS/Text: If we engage in SMS marketing, we and our third-party providers may collect your name and phone number when you opt in. The information is used to send notifications, alerts, appointment reminders, and marketing communications, and to comply with 10-Digit Long Code (10DLC) regulations. We may share your information with third-party messaging providers solely to deliver our text messaging services. Our providers are prohibited from selling or sharing your information. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, regardless of purpose. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP. See the SMS Opt-In section of our Terms and Conditions.
- Email: You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by using the unsubscribe link in the email or by contacting us. Transactional emails related to your Service may still be sent.
- Phone/Calls: We may call you regarding quotes, appointments, and Services. Calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training where permitted by law, and we will provide notice where required.
How We Disclose the Information Collected
We and our third-party service providers may share your personal information under the following circumstances:
- With affiliates and members of our group of companies (if any).
- With service providers that perform functions on our behalf, such as payment and credit-card processors, website and CRM hosts (including our website platform provider), scheduling and email/SMS vendors, glass and parts suppliers, and analytics and marketing providers.
- With insurance carriers, third-party administrators, and networks when you request that we bill your insurance or process a glass claim on your behalf.
- In response to legal process; to comply with applicable laws; to combat fraudulent or criminal activity; to enforce our agreements, policies, and terms of use; and to protect the rights, property, and safety of our business, employees, agents, customers, or others.
- In connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, in which case personal information may be transferred as a business asset.
- With advertising and technology partners, we may share technical data collected via cookies, pixels, and similar technologies to help target and measure advertising.
- We and our digital marketing provider may share the contact information you provide (such as your phone number and email address) in hashed (anonymized) form with business partners such as Meta (Facebook) and Google to identify potential customers and improve our marketing. Depending on your state, this may be considered “sharing” or a “sale” of personal information. To exercise your right to opt out, see “Your Choices and Rights” below and our Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information notice.
We do not sell your personal information for money. No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
